Our target

1. To act as an advisory body of experts to the Greek State and to lead activities concerning regulatory affairs (education and training, radiation dosimetry and safety, instrumentation, quality control and assurance, radiochemical and radiopharmaceutical production and usage.

2. To promote the development of Nuclear Medicine in Greece in all its aspects so that its performance will generally be up to the state of the art. The Society is dedicated to educate in nuclear medicine physicians and strives to be the preeminent organization responsible for providing comprehensive national and regional continuing education programs to physicians, physician trainees, and other health professionals who perform or provide nuclear medicine services. The Society is also nationally recognized as a provider of continuing education for nuclear medicine technologists. Coordination with the EANM and other nuclear medicine societies and the section of the Union Europeenne des Monospecialistes is encouraged.

3. To set up Committees to meet objectives defined by the Board.

4. To protect and promote its intellectual property.
